Review: Ebb & Flow by Easkey Britton

I just finished reading Ebb & Flow: Connect with the Patterns and Power of Water by Easkey Britton, and it truly was a beautiful experience. Drawing on her PhD research and deep connection to the ocean, she weaves science with story, reflection, and practice in a way that feels both grounding and inspiring. What struck me most was how she brings the power of water to life — not only as something to study, but as something to feel and move with. The book left me with a renewed sense of connection, reminding me how water shapes us, restores us, and invites us to live more in rhythm with the natural world. I highly recommend this read.
